It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Travione "Trey" David, a beloved son, friend, and community member, who departed this life on July 5, 2025.

He was the son of Thais Sinkler and Anthony Tyrone David. He was born in Bennettsville SC on October 26, 2005.

Travione Tyrone David was a member of David Community Baptist Church of Clio SC. He also attended the public schools of Marlboro County.

Travione was preceded in death by his favorite Aunt Arlene Ward and a host of other family members.Trey was a lovable and kind-hearted young man whose warm spirit touched everyone he met. His infectious smile, generous heart, and uplifting presence left a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Trey was deeply cherished by his family, friends, the Bennettsville community, and his co-workers at Harbor Freight, where he was known for his dedication and positive attitude.

He leaves to cherish his memories his parents Thais Sinkler and Anthony Tyrone David, his four sisters; Zy'eira David, Samaria David, Niyana David of Bennettsville SC, and Harmony David Fayetteville NC and two brothers; Davione David Lumberton NC and Tyshawn David of Fayetteville NC.

Great Grandparents; Louise Sinkler of Bennettsville SC and Rev. James(Aileen)David of Clio SC. Grandparents; Larry(Lille) Davis of Bennettsville SC and Cynthia Darlene David of Latta, SC. Aunts Latoya Bright, Quanesha Davis of Bennettsville SC and Scharronica Bradford of Dillon SC. His favorite cousins Amour Ja'zai, Ericka Adams, Tyler Oliver, Jatavious Oliver, Zabian Wilkins, Rakim Odom, Qulik Odom, Travione loved his love ones. A host of Aunts, Uncle and other relatives and friends.

The family invites you to honor Trey's life during the Visitation on Thursday, July 17th, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Berea Convention Center in Bennettsville, South Carolina. On Friday, July 18th at 3:00 PM, a Celebration of Life will take place at the Berea Convention Center, led by a family motorcade from the family dwelling. Following the celebration, Trey will be escorted to his final resting place at Berea Memorial Gardens, with love and care provided by E.M. Mortuary and Cremation Services of Darlington. Please continue to lift Trey's family in your thoughts and prayers during this time of deep loss and in the days ahead.
